Everyone is so helpful & friendly here. I bet you'll not find any behavioural difference between higher management and entry level people. Everyone is so down to earth here. Our CEO knows everyone personally and cares everyone. I moved here in Reno last year from the other part of the world [Bangladesh]. Besides works everyone helped me a lot to setting up here. It's like I am working in my home.

It's a security company. Sometimes you have to handle tough situations though this is also the fun part of the job.

Ridiculously simple, almost any one can do this job

There is no room for growth as they are a smaller company and would rather keep individuals who have been there for decades but can’t do the job sufficiently over a newer employee who can definitely do the job better.
