Ridiculously simple, almost any one can do this job

Cons

There is no room for growth as they are a smaller company and would rather keep individuals who have been there for decades but can’t do the job sufficiently over a newer employee who can definitely do the job better.

It's a job but really there are no positives

Cons

They pay terribly and treat employees worse. I was never paid on time and never the correct amount. They care less about their contracts by hiring the most incompetent personnel.

The company was very unorganized and unprofessional. I did not enjoy my experience working here and will not come back.

Pros

I got to do backstage security for several bands such as Herman's Hermits, and I was able to be more independent in my work.

Cons

The leadership was horrible, and there were no opportunities for promotion. We had to work outside in all weather conditions, rain and snow.
