Everyone is so helpful & friendly here. I bet you'll not find any behavioural difference between higher management and entry level people. Everyone is so down to earth here. Our CEO knows everyone personally and cares everyone. I moved here in Reno last year from the other part of the world [Bangladesh]. Besides works everyone helped me a lot to setting up here. It's like I am working in my home.

It's a security company. Sometimes you have to handle tough situations though this is also the fun part of the job.

-flexible hours -plenty of O/T -job simplicity -work by yourself -if you build a favorable repour with management you have high chances of promotion -awesome job if you are pursuing schooling or looking to add a second income

-job is not based on a meritocracy(outward favoritism of certain individuals) -management is slow to act or even seeming reluctant -lack of discipline -call off system incentivizes negligence -company takes on contracts even at a severe deficit of man power which entices bullying into impossible hours -false promises of pay raises -horrible work life balance
