Cons
Terrible work culture. Incredibly outdated strict, conservative Taiwanese top down management structure. Ex. One must CC employees in order of seniorty in emails, MUST. Strict dress code, dress like you make 50k, but you will be paid less than the custodians. Company first, company first, company first. Ugly ugly Cargowing software system, will make your job much harder than it needs to be. Software has NO scroll bar, imagine managine cargo manifest for an entire flight without being able to scroll. Employee stick with company for 20 years because of the stability and benefits but it is very clear they are not happy. You are worth much more than this, your life has much more potential. You can do anything you put your mind to. DO NOT settle for this company. They will not respect you as a human being. DO not degrade yourself, DO NOT give up on your hopes and dreams but settling here.
