Pros
401 (K), Health Insurance, Yearly Bonus, and of course Flight Benefits. Company pays for your flight in Business Class for the training courses in Taipei HDQ, Taiwan, or El Segundo, Cali. In my office, the working environment is pretty good, and my coworkers are very supportive.
Cons
It is very slow to get promoted to the higher position and the average salary are competitively lower than other U.S. airlines. Flights never cancel in any circumstances especially in the bad weather condition.
