With each new person that joins the team, it's clear that they bring something new and interesting to the table. I constantly recognize that I'm surrounded by top tier talent in the industry - everyone truly knows their stuff and is happy to share their knowledge with you, which I've appreciated since day one. There is honestly no such thing as a stupid question or suggestion here - your voice is as important as anyone else's. At the end of the day, it's rewarding professionally to work at EX.CO, but also I honestly just thoroughly enjoy everyone I work with, which makes coming to work easy :)

While we've been around for over a decade, we operate in some ways like a startup still, in that progress is made fast and sometimes you can feel like you have a lot on your plate. If you're struggling with something, speak up! There is always someone happy to help you.

A very smart and professional team. That balances their professionalism with being very social, and friendly. There are no BS people who seem to be unqualified or doing nothing. Management is great and everyone is always willing to help out. Product is very successful in a niche Ad tech space.

Pay could be higher (But you know what you are getting because of NYC pay transparency laws). Communication between the Tel Aviv and New York office can also be challenging, Tel Aviv based product teams especially needs to improve their communication, sometimes they change things without letting any of the customer-facing teams know, especially in New York, causing embarrassing situations with customers. Travel to the Tel Aviv office is limited due to the current Geopolitical situation.
