1. Values, principles, policies and practices being introduced are all words, management including executive level does not practice what they preach. 2. Preaching about JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion), however junior to senior roles are being filled by external hires and existing team members with great potentials are overlooked being left to do the same role over years and years. Preaching about checking the current market trend in terms of compensation, however the data is unreliable and inaccurate as salary or increases is not at par per the market and industry standards. This also connects to stating about transparency, however it is the complete opposite. 3. Career progression is based on popularity or how close you are to your direct leaders, not based on actual hard data of performance and attributes, management avoids difficult conversations and delivers messages with bias and preconceived notions.
