hours, turnover, upper management, too many tasks to be done with what staffing you are allowed to have, company tries to act like they are family oriented but they are not

Pros

Hour lunch break is nice and I work close to home

Cons

Store is far too greedy for it being a pawnshop. Company teaches number 1 goal is helping the customer but all the employees only care about is over charging so their bonus is higher and scamming customers out of money by lying to them about how much their stuff is actually worth.
