You don't have to have a fancy badge to be a Best Place to Work. EZ is a fantastic workplace that cares about their employees and providing outstanding service to their customers.

From coworkers to leadership, people are positive, encouraging, passionate, fun, and skilled at what they do. They truly live out company core values, leave egos at the door, and support each other to get the job done.
--Strong, transparent leadership team: Leadership is more than just managers. They actively support and develop team members and communicate very openly about the direction, goals, and results of the company so everyone understands their role and can work together effectively. The EOS system is a huge advantage to keep things running smoothly.
--Flexibility: Between remote work, flexible schedules, and time off, there's a great work/life balance. People work hard, but they also have lives outside of work, and EZ supports that.

Cons
If you are looking for a fancy boutique agency or big corporation benefits, this is not the place for you. EZ is a small business serving small businesses. The benefits, the work, and the environment reflect that. While it's been a great place for me and many others, it's not the right fit for everyone.
