You don't have to have a fancy badge to be a Best Place to Work. They actively support and develop team members and communicate very openly about the direction, goals, and results of the company so everyone understands their role and can work together effectively. The EOS system is a huge advantage to keep things running smoothly. --Flexibility: Between remote work, flexible schedules, and time off, there's a great work/life balance. People work hard, but they also have lives outside of work, and EZ supports that. --Company retirement match: Company matches employee retirement contributions and Tom provides resources and help to promote personal financial health.
Cons
If you are looking for a fancy boutique agency or big corporation benefits, this is not the place for you. EZ is a small business serving small businesses. The benefits, the work, and the environment reflect that. While it's been a great place for me and many others, it's not the right fit for everyone.
