Pros

- The product itself is actually quite good. - The original idea behind the product is great.

Cons

- Everything is very chaotic. - Development has been heading in all directions and does not align with actual market needs. -The focus is mainly on the US, making many solutions unusable in Europe or incompatible with European data-protection requirements. - Employee feedback is not heard. - Extreme micromanagement drives employees to frustration. - Endless internal meetings take place without meaningful content. - Communication is poor; different departments do not know what the others are doing. - Customers are increasingly noticing the internal disorganization. The company is tearing itself apart internally due to the ongoing chaos.

- office location is nice - free food for reps some days - decent parking at office

Cons

- the most unprofessional and non-effective C Suite I have ever seen. They knee cap this company every single day. The COO spends more time on LinkedIn than managing operations. - the salary offers are terrible so you candidly won’t be working with amazing talent. - extremely sketchy commission and pay structure. Sales reps are not entitled to see their own commissions or pay. - the commission checks are messed up every single month. Company has probably missed hundreds of thousands in commissions but employees have no way to check other than do math themselves… - 1/15 reps at this company hits quota globally - rely on third party companies to complete installs and only pay their own reps after the third party completes an install on a deal a rep closes months in advance. Essentially you’ll wait at least 2 months to see commissions or quota credits on closed business… - the founder will not invest in enterprise technology solutions so one person with zero revenue operations experience manages the entire revenue org globally from a google sheet…
