Genuine advocacy for greater good. Management willing to work around the challenges of pandemic and innovate allowing work from home.
Cons
Don't expect greater good to translate to good employee wellbeing and support. Better capacity building and/or qualified personnels are needed. Blind positivity does not translate to optimism.
