      Good client and member list of well know organisations, interesting work, friendly.

      Cons

      Slow to change, heavy workload, turnover appears high, lots of ideas but lack of leadership implementation. Very limited /no opportunities for career advancement. Compete with consultancies but offer NGO salary.
