I feel very supported, the work is enjoyable, and it's a lovely feeling knowing your employer genuinely cares about you.

I struggle to think of cons for Easy Weddings. I'm loving the work and the team. Dream job! I would love to meet more clients in person and attend more events in the future, but I'm happy with my role as is.

At Easy Weddings, flexible working is a big bonus to taking the job, but during my tenure the role has grown and it's become a fun and supportive place to work. Management is trusting of their staff to get the job done, and supports with positivity. It's allowed me to grow into a role and take ownership of it without micromanaging. Easy Weddings encourages collaboration, involving those who work 100% remote - which keeps the team feeling connected.

The office in Mulgrave is a bit of a drive, but at least there is always parking!
