Pros

There are quick a few staff in Easygo that really want to help build a great working environment.

Cons

Sexism - I really cant believe some of the comments Ive heard about Women in this office . And from very high up. A post interview meeting was listening to men talk about how attractive the women was. Toxic work environment and communication. Especially from the CFO. No running hot water in the office. No sick pay. Only 20 holidays but 3 are taken away as compulsory leave over Xmas. Very hard to get Easygo to pay for anything. Electricians being asked to pay for roadside assistance themselves. Need training , you need to pay up for all costs and claim back. Hardware being installed wrong from the start and not being fixed. Not willing to fix older problems only looking to cash in quickly. Contracts written up by interns and Chat CPT .

Pros

A great place to work to develop your career, each department is growing and there are opportunities to help out and gain experience. The management team is approachable and committed to helping you grow. You get to be part of building out a major piece of infrastructure for Ireland and beyond.

Cons

It's a scale-up, so many functions are still being built out. This is a con for some but for others, it will present opportunities.

Pros

Free parking, occasional perks like food, team bonding events, some very hard working and dedicated staff that do their best

Cons

Badly organized, constant customer complaints and projects stalling due to lack of structures, resources and guidance from leadership. Leaders only interested in expansion despite the many existing issues and refusal to address them. Tech is mostly outsourced from poor providers, time is wasted diagnosing issues rather than innovation. Expected in office every day despite awkward location and supposed hybrid policy. Plenty of better places to work, don't even think about this spot
