4yAs a growing business we are striving to improve and become better at what we do. We have a high number of female employees within the business and are always continuously looking to improve including creating female leadership positions and developing female talent within the business.
Our HR support is growing within the last year we have grown from 1 - 4 people within the HR team. This significant increase is allowing us to improve onboarding, provide better HR support to our employees and help create a supportive environment for all employees.
Within our sales team we are looking at improving our training and onboarding, including as of 2022 creating a programme for all new joiners to learn from.
We are continuously looking to improve and your feedback goes along way in helping us improve.
