      * Fun environment to work in * Diverse staff with relocation and remote work benefits * Middle management are capable and treat staff well * Attractive stock/options package

      * Inconsistent decision making process and strategies from upper management. * HR is quite poor: lazy onboarding process, unclear procedures, promotes a startup/flexible environment but marks attendance and watches the clock. * High staff turnover: * Medium to low pay

      Easyship has some of the best people I've worked with who are driven and committed to seeing the company succeed.

      Cons

      Most everyone is remote so you'll end up working multiple time zones to get your job done.
