      Pros

      great technology and a vision of what the company wants to achieve. Freedom to work flexibly is a real pro

      Cons

      However having a vision without an implementation plan is a recipe for disaster. Too many good people have left and what's left is the brown nosers. You get ahead by not rocking the boat.

      Pros

      Flexible work environment so I can work from home, Starbucks or Ohio! Good colleagues and supporting education is not a bad mission.

      Cons

      There’s been a lot of changes and it can feel really chaotic at times. But No employer is perfect….
