      Pros

      Some friendly collegues, some hard working people, know-how in chemical areas, ex Nalco culture (but fading away quickly)

      Cons

      Much politics, strong pressure on numbers, projects with unrealistic timing and insufficient resources, inconsistent expectations, many employees with poor skills, top management thinks and acts in silos, no real teamwork, games being played by management frequently

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
