Promotions only pay on previous Salary. - No base minimum for promotions. If you start without experience and a low salary you will never realy achieve a substantial income. Depending on geography, a ton of windsheild time and weekends. Pipeline is starting to funnel down tighter after losing RS position. Need to be willing to relocate to move up Need to comp review employees versus lose them
