      Pros

      Great work life balance. This company offers flexible scheduling to allow you to balance your work life and your family life. I love that I am able to leave work to attend our children's social events and then work a flex schedule to make up the hours I missed at work.

      Cons

      There really isn't any negatives that I see so far. This company seems to have it all. great company, awesome friendly staff. The employees are very helpful.

      Pros

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
