Pay- Most lost $10k due to restructure, Upper management reaping the bonuses. DM can no longer build there income. Worst diversity I've ever seen. If you speak up you can kiss your career goodbye

Pros
Excellent benefits, including comprehensive health care.
Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
