''just a number'' - Recruitment Consultant Eden Brown Employee Review

I worked at Eden Brown for 4 weeks. When I joined I was very experienced within recruitment, a hard worker, stayed extra hours of my time to impress the company and built relationships quickly with new and existing candidates. The benefits and role itself is very good however in all my years up until date, I have never worked in a worse environment. The staff that work there have been there years and extremely clicky. The only way to fit in with culture, is to join with a cold heart and ''act'' the part of a catty leader. The Director and Manager both look around the ages of 20, and run the place with no management skills or people skills. I have known ex colleagues since who have joined and resigned within a matter of weeks for exactly the same reasons. They are not emotionally mature and have had luck falling into their roles. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy! I couldn't handle who I thought was a ''16 year old'' managing me as I cringed at the lack of skills :(
