Pros

Unlimited treats and location and basic work. A small number non senior/leaders members teach and help new members. These are also the most experienced members of the team.

Cons

I am in this company less than a year and bullying takes place in this company by leaders. Shouting at staff is common and calling new hires "retards" for not knowing how to do something is normal."Senior Consultants"/"Team Leaders" are extremely limited in knowledge while some "Consultants"/"Analysts" are over worked while others do very little as they are friends with leaders. The work is very basic. No structure to company. Visible exclusiveness of management to staff.

Pros

Generally flexible with time off, although this has become more limited over time Ability to work remotely Paid leave Many employees and some managers are genuinely supportive and well-intentioned The development team appears to have a positive dynamic and is generally easygoing to work with

Cons

Challenging office culture, including gossip, favoritism, and competition rather than collaboration Company culture is more corporate and rigid than initially presented Compensation concerns, particularly for Irish employees, with noticeable disparities compared to international counterparts who receive higher pay and additional benefits Limited benefits package Penetration testing management demonstrates micromanagement, inconsistent communication, and leadership approaches that can feel unsupportive or, at times, overly critical or aggressive Limited support structures, with a tendency toward blame and a top-down, high-pressure management style that can feel punitive and demoralizing Work will be assigned late in the day with expectations for immediate turnaround, along with pressure to engage outside standard working hours (e.g., weekends) Employee boundaries are not consistently respected, contributing to burnout and reduced morale Ongoing communication challenges across the organization, including unclear direction and limited transparency Disorganized and, at times, chaotic work environment with frequently shifting expectations Fixed organizational and management mindset
