Close-knit team, everyone is super friendly and understanding. Everyone is open if they don't know something and never shames you for not knowing much as an intern. Also very understanding when it comes to schedule and work/life/school balance and strive to help you in your career as much as they can rather than being selfish or something. They're also super transparent on how they view you and your progress with providing a review at the end of the internship on how you did- which I found super informative and insightful.
Cons
Really picky, but the main office has two windows and both are closed one-person offices. I didn't get to really see the sun from start to end of my shift unless I ate lunch outside.
