      Its a great place to work, they have flexible hours and participate in a 9/80 schedule.

      It is a growing office so its not the typical office format, you will need to be entrepreneurial and self-starting

      With projects in the Great Lakes, Western States, Pacific Coast, Northeast, Southeast, Mexico and the Caribbean, this little firm works on coastal and waterfront projects in all the best locations.

      Cons

      Constantly thinking outside of the box may not be the most comfortable place for engineers to be, but it sure makes for interesting work.
