Thank you for your input and feedback. We appreciate your years of contributions as well as the recognition of our commitment to promote from within. With regard to your other comments, we are disappointed that you didn’t observe or experience the support we strive to provide to all of our team members. True, we look to engage knowledgeable and skilled employees who are practiced in their craft, yet there are always opportunities to learn new skills and grow through coaching, cross-training, on-the-job experience, and guidance from skilled subject matter experts.
We are also disappointed that we did not have the opportunity to hear or address your concerns while you were still with us, and we regret that the time you spent at Edgewood was not a completely positive experience for you. The company puts much time, investment and effort into ensuring we have great associates at all levels and strong teams of both on-site and regional/senior managers who support property operational efforts every day.
