Campus leadership is present, involved, and inclusive of all departments. Decision making structure is multi-step with checks and balances and can be highly efficient and standardizes processes across the board.

Leadership loses touch with the reality of the work in student services, with the constant pressure to increase enrollment, maximize services, cross-train to pick up slack in other areas without changes to staffing structure or responsibilities - essentially, "do more with less."
