Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, it gives us the opportunity to reflect and determine how we can continue to improve. We are so proud of our executive team and their commitment to employees’ well-being and personal and professional development. We hope our new approach to “performance management”, Fuel Your Potential, will help alleviate an employee feeling that they have reached a career plateau. With the employee taking the driver’s seat to navigate their career path, conversations with their manager will revolve around ambitions and action plans, as opposed to reflecting on past behavior. Learning and Development is also focused on training managers as well - helping them to learn more effective means of communication and feedback.
