Pros

You learn what a poorly managed organization looks like (which can be a lesson for the future).

Cons

Worst company for early-career professionals This is one of the most difficult workplaces I have experienced, especially for freshers and early-career professionals. The company does not follow standard leave or holiday policies, and employees are expected to work continuously without proper breaks for 6 days a week and 11-5 on saturday! Salary increments are often promised after performance, but in reality, they are rarely given on time or honored consistently. The so-called sandwich leave policy is extremely harsh and adds unnecessary pressure instead of supporting employee well-being. Recognition and appreciation are almost nonexistent, even when employees put in extra effort or support the organization beyond their role. THEY EXPECT YOU TO WORK 10-12 HOURS A DAY! with mere salary. To some employees if they give some amount they brag about it and make them feel guilty! Management frequently makes false or unrealistic promises to both employees and students, which damages trust and morale. Leadership is highly UNSUPPORTIVE, unstructured and poorly organized, with no clear systems, growth plans, or professional processes in place. There is no employee engagement, no team activities, and no work culture initiatives. It feels like survival rather than growth. Many employees have already left the organization, who have been with years with them! The top leadership lacks empathy and understanding of what is realistically possible for employees to deliver under such conditions. They just know MANIPULATION! MIND WAHSING! All leaders are undergrads, do not support further studies if anyone wants to and wants others to follow their paths!
