Pros

1. Favorable hybrid work arrangement. The 2 days WFO and 3 days WFH structure offers excellent flexibility and significantly reduces commute friction for those living further away. 2. Strong entry point for EdTech exposure. It offers highly relevant, hands on experience navigating international school curriculums and engaging with a premium student demographic. 3. Young, energetic ground level culture. The workforce is primarily composed of Millennials and Gen Z, making it a highly approachable and collaborative environment for fresh graduates entering the industry.

Cons

1. Highly uneven resource allocation. Depending on your department, expect severe workload imbalances and a culture that normalizes weekend work to compensate for aggressive, poorly planned deadlines. 2. Frequent strategic whiplash. Leadership tends to change core directives mid-project, rendering weeks of past work completely irrelevant and severely damaging team momentum. 3. Subjective and moving goalposts for performance evaluation. Simply meeting or exceeding your documented KPIs is often not enough to secure a satisfactory performance review or fair compensation adjustments. 4. Constant scope creep.
