      Pros

      - Provides space to do things in your way, learning opportunities are always there with challenging work - Working across divisions facilitates excellent communication, and the environment is supportive - There is flexibility that doesn't burden employees; when I was an employee, they implemented two days of working from the office and three days of working from home - In terms of benefits; salary and compensation in my opinion are appropriate - The C-levels are very willing to listen to employees' complaints and they have an open mind

      - Fast-paced environment - Currently in the system creation stage, so the work is manual and not yet efficient - Everything is based on initiative since they are still in the system creation stage
