      Cons

      Trust me this company will eat you salary and will pay you none. They are the money eaters in all sense and will not pay you or deduct you 30-40% of salary without letting you know eve n if you work for 30 days in a month. No work culture, No HR, No one to connect to except 1 person who will be your HR, your manager, Your everything and he will not listen to you. ALERT: DO NOT JOIN THIS ORGANISATION OF 30-40 People who donot respect their employees.

      The team is very helpful and friendly. You get to learn a lot while working. Your ideas are heard and appreciated. The work feels meaningful because you’re helping students. The environment is positive and timings are flexible.

      Sometimes work can feel a bit fast or hectic, but it also helps you learn faster.
