      NONE If you don't love Money and just want to work for free. You can go for this company.

      Cons

      Trust me this company will eat you salary and will pay you none. They are the money eaters in all sense and will not pay you or deduct you 30-40% of salary without letting you know eve n if you work for 30 days in a month. No work culture, No HR, No one to connect to except 1 person who will be your HR, your manager, Your everything and he will not listen to you. ALERT: DO NOT JOIN THIS ORGANISATION OF 30-40 People who donot respect their employees.

      There are absolutely no pros

      Cons

      The manager is as petty as possible. They will note your time of entry exit and even lunch. No holiday possible. The micromanagement is so mental health draining.
