Rather hire new employees and waste time training then retain current employees. Low salaries below market Does not promote from within often and rather hire someone outside the company with a lower salary to help their personal high bonuses Bad communication skills from VPs and above Cannot provide direction and cannot define career path for every person on team Favoritism Bad morale Higher ups are very aggressive in communication and put up an act when they are being observed
