Pros
Nothing positive about this company
Cons
Constant deductions from salary Late payments No communication unless they feel the need to communicate to tell you what you did wrong or what they are not happy with No flexibility Threaten staff - if you don't do what they say then you will be dropped from set salary to an hourly rate You are not allowed to take time off even though it is stated in your contract Working 6 days a week They schedule and you are no longer allowed to advise your availability. Poor management - never responds to email and no understanding Treat staff poorly—don't take staff into consideration at all Unhappy working environment—overworked, underpaid Don't appreciate their staff—attitude is... I pay you, so therefore you are a slave. I was told 42 hours per week in the interview, and then once I started, I had to give 60 hours for scheduling, and then the manager told me I had to open 90% of my day for Edusogno. Not considerate at all.
