Pros
I've worked for EJ for 7+ years. Most days aren't overwhelmingly busy. Clients are respectful. The company treats employees very well. There is exceptional support from our head office for anything we need to get done.
Cons
The admin pay is not great. I have an exceptional working relationship with my boss. I consider pretty regularly looking for a better paying job but I always come back to how well we work together and how the pace is pretty chill most days.
