Pros
If you have a good advisor you will do fine. Home office doesn't do enough for the position though. My FA does give me perks in ways that he can. He is nice. It's a quiet environment for the most part.
Cons
This is as good as it gets in this position. Home office doesn't do enough for the position. They control our hourly pay so even if the advisor wants to pay more, you will never get more than a dollar raise in a year. You can get licensed but that tacks on more work and they only give you a dollar increase for that as well for being licensed the same way an advisor is.
