FA - Anonymous employee Edward Jones Employee Review

Antiquated Model for Business but too big to fail. The bottom line is this: Edward Jones has profit sharing. As long as they have profit sharing, any employee above the bottom will say it's the greatest place ever to work. Why? Because the more people they get to work, the less THEY have to work for THEIR share of the profit...GET IT? They also say there are no territories. This encourages everyone to work and get out there. WRONG! The first day I got my can sell, I went out and got to work. The next morning at 5:00am I got a call from a local FA. "Welcome to Edward Jones, Stay the hell out of my territory!"
