In past jobs, I often found myself limited by what others believed I could do or by circumstances around me. When I joined Edward Jones 16+ years ago, I finally found a career that allowed me freedom to build my own business with all the training, support and technology of a large firm behind me. I'm only limited by how much effort I want to put into my business. I also greatly appreciate the opportunity to earn partnership in the firm.
Cons
It takes a huge amount of perseverance to build your business and earn clients' trust. The financial services industry is constantly changing, and even well-established financial advisors have to be willing to adapt and embrace change to continue thriving.
