Pros

Have the potential to make decent money if you have a decent FA

Cons

If you have a kid for a FA, they don't know what they're doing and don't know how to "manage" an office. I am twice the age of my FA. I have been in the work force a lot longer than he has been alive. I have been with EJ over twice as long as the FA. EJ lets these kids determine your bonus and rate of pay. If your FA likes you, you probably will get good bonuses and raises. If he/she doesn't like you, you might as well find another job because they are in charge of your career at EJ. The FA's have too much control over the BOA's bonuses and pay, period!

Pros

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Cons

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
