Pros
It was a great company to work for. Even though each office is generally set up for two employees (the BOA and the FA), I felt a lot of camaraderie with other offices and never felt 'alone.' I only left because the FA in my office went independent and I joined him.
Cons
The experience is only as good as your relationship with the FA. If s/he likes you and all is good you are all set but it can be a difficult environment if you don't mesh with the other person.
