Pros
- pay is decent - Home Office is usually extremely helpful! They can walk you through just about anything - Depending on who your FA is, it’s a good environment -Very quiet office, nice for someone who prefers that space
Cons
- Onboarding/Training for BOAs REALLY should be revised. You are assigned training courses and virtual classes, but the content is barely related to what you have to do on a daily basis as a BOA. - Training is not hands on or repetitive enough to retain LOADS of information that is needed for this role - You have to rely on SOPs most of the time…not recommended for visual learners - “green screen” is beyond outdated and difficult to use
