Pros

Great environment and company culture; opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest in the industry; good opportunities for eventual solid six-figure, growing income for the right person if you're willing to pay your dues for the first 2-3 years. There's nothing better than being able to serve the future financial needs of the clients investing with you. The training is world class!

Cons

Probably not a good fit if you have significant current financial or major family obligations; income in the first year or two can be lower than most other professional jobs and the hours can be daunting - if you're willing to work 60 to 70 hour workweeks while possibly earning much less than $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, on average, for the opportunity to earn much, much more down the road - this job may be for you

Pros

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Cons

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
