Pros

Training is pretty good for someone who hasn't been in sales. People are willing to help you.

Cons

Very hard to start. Humiliating door to door sales, closing rate is terrible. Hard to find valid prospects. No leads come in at all, and some people get big asset assistance while otherS struggle to pay their bills. Overall this experience cost me about $25k of my own money to supplement my income. Training is good but doesn't go much beyond sales skills. Didn't feel versed in investments enough to be confident in making recommendations.

Pros

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Cons

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
