Great work life balance. Flexible work schedule and ability to manage my own time and autonomy to decide where to focus my efforts based on my opinion of where I will get my maximum return for my efforts.
Cons
Disorganized leadership. Sometimes poor business plan and communication to the field. I was not always given all the tools needed to execute n the field effectively.
