Pros
They offer good benefits. Medical nsurance, eye and dental insurance and a good 401k match. The job keeps you busy daily.
Cons
The location is still considered a start up so things get crazy. There is a lot of turn over in the plant and in managment. Everytime it seems tp be getting better someone comes in and changes processes up causing issies and downtime again.
