Very High turnover in salaried ranks - It seemed half of my salaried colleagues were constantly new. Memphis management works through negative motivation and perpetual threat of termination, No skills-based training in anything for anyone - if you do not hit the ground running you will be walked out of the door, The plant is currently in its 5th year of operations - they have had at least 3 GM's, 3 Directors of HR - 4 HR managers, multiple operations directors, managers & untold numbers of operations supervisors. Mistakes and disagreement are simply not allowed.

Pros

Office is clean. Free electric vehicle charging is available.

Cons

Global Leadership is forcing RTO which is presumably to get people to quit so they don't have to have a RIF and deal with that backlash. There's no reason for it after posting great numbers while everyone was remote or hybrid. Leadership is expecting the same output from employees as those at the banks in Charlotte. But that's without the benefits of high pay, big bonuses and unlimited PTO. Unless you're on a director's favorites list, you are just a pawn.
