They are always trying to give feed back to improve you as an agent
Cons
The pay raise isn't well ,you never move up ,you're moves are consider lateral.It depends on who you know and who likes you to advance to higher position .It is all about money with them. 10yrs in the same position. They have rules that can hinder agents.You get stuck because of the pay and the area it is probably the best you can make.
