Pros
The wages are very competitive. IT techs onsite are very helpful and knowledgeable. The buildings, offices, showrooms and even the labs are clean and maintained extra carefully. All the receptionists, security and employees whom may come in contact with the public are all very friendly well manicured people, very welcoming!
Cons
Unfortunately, what those on the outside see is not a reflection of what is on the inside. The only organization I have witnessed is in the extreme effort to make the company LOOK organized for special guests and events. Employee morale in many groups is very low and drained. Priorities starting at the top level are not focused on what they should be on.
